This paper explores a suitable approach to treating amblyopia with VR and AI. Traditional treatments like eye patching or eye drops usually often face challenges with compliance and effectiveness, especially children. This research proposes an AI-driven VR therapy system that utilizes supervised machine learning to personalize treatment based on each patient's unique visual metrics, eye-tracking data, and demographics. By adapting therapy in real time, the system improves patient engagement and results. The study reviews existing treatments and literature, outlines the technical design of the proposed solution, and discusses its advantages, limitations, and future research directions. This innovative method aims to transform amblyopia therapy into an effective, enjoyable, and personalized experience.
