Abstract

This research paper explores the effect of money on attractiveness across multiple age groups. The experiment took place in 2023 and was published in 2025. A Google Forms survey presented images of 10 adults (5 male, 5 female) with randomly assigned salaries categorized as low ($0–100k), medium ($101k–250k), or high ($251k+). Participants rated attractiveness on a 1–5 scale. The sample included 30 respondents each from middle school, high school, and adult/college groups. Group 1 completed the survey without salary information (control), while Group 2 viewed salaries. Survey content, images, and salaries remained constant. The survey was distributed over one month and replicated twice. Data analysis involved calculating group averages, standard deviation, and standard error to assess statistical significance. Materials included a laptop, Google Forms, and email for distribution. It was found that the images with the highest salaries received the highest attraction scores across all groups.
