AI algorithms and blockchains are popular in the technological fields including industries like cryptocurrency, Fintech, etc. The research paper dwells into the integration of these two technology tools to fasten property transactions, while increasing customer engagement through property recommendations. Blockchains have yet to be introduced in the real estate industry, making them an exceptional new tool for safe transactions. The data used is derived from a variety of credible sources and is based on the implications of these tools in the real estate industry.
